We invite everyone to stop by and see us at the Art Center. We're open Tuesday through Saturday 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. and on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Admission is always free. As you can see from our Calendar of Exhibits and Events, there is always something new and interesting to see and do at the Art Center. In addition to our exhibition galleries(which change artists/exhibits monthly), we also have a Photographic Gallery,Student Art Gallery,Textile Art Gallery and two Permanent Collection Galleries. Our Gift Store Galleries represent about ninety artists!

April 7th - Third Annual River Valley Student Art Competition1:00 PM - Opening & Reception 2:00 PM - Awards Ceremony
April 15th - Fund raiser performance of "Aspirin and Elephants" at The Fort Smith Little Theatre for the Art Center and Clayton House.Tickets are .00 and can be purchased at the Art Center or at Clayton House. This will be an entertaining evening of wine/beer and h'd'ourves,a silent auction with terrific art, merchandise and services, and a live performance, directed by Angela Covey.6-10:00p.m.
April 29 Young Arkansas Artists on Tour Exhibit( closes May 17)April 29 Peter Lippincott and Mudpuppy Gallery Potters Exhibit( closes May 31) May 5 Artists Arden Boyce and Patti Beavers Exhibits Opening Reception for artists Lippincott, Boyce and Beavers 1-4:00p.m. Refreshments and entertainment.
